Arbol also works on the calendar and historia clínica the institution already has, with no migration. - **Ámbar**: governance. Every conversation is recorded and auditable; its Clinical Council, for nursing and medicine, recommends cohorts and risk factors to review, and the professional always decides. - **Arbi**: the internal agent that works for the institution's team, in the browser, by email and by WhatsApp. Arbi never talks to patients. - **Arbol API and MCP**: one public REST API (api.getarbol.com) and an authenticated MCP server (mcp.getarbol.com) for an approved organization's scheduling and integrations. - More than 777 integrations, included in the price. - For directors of clinics, IPS and hospitals, heads of front office and call centers, owners of clinics and practices, and optical stores. - Markets: Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Ecuador; other countries by conversation (https://www.getarbol.com/paises/). - Limits: zero clinical advice to patients, a limit that cannot be configured off.
